Rafi's Hearts
I make it a daily practice to look for the many blessings in my life and one of the things I have been blessed with in the last couple of years is my friendship with Rafaela. We became fast friends when our daughters started school and her gigantic heart and warm spirit always make my days brighter. She also has the most adorable kids, a fabulous husband and a knack for finding hearts (see all the latest found hearts below). Rafi lost her mother 14 years ago and I believe her mother helps her find these hearts everywhere. The world needs more people like Rafi.
